How we got here:

For 15 years, I worked as a licensed muscular therapist, rehabilitative breathing specialist, and movement practitioner. My professional roots are in the body: in biomechanics, in motor control, in the deep internal systems that help us stand tall, breathe fully, and move without fear.

Through that work, I witnessed something profound: you can fix the muscles, but if the woman inside the body is overwhelmed, disconnected, or running on empty, healing doesn’t hold.

lighthouse was born from that truth, and from my own story.

I spent years achieving, performing, striving, and trying to carry more than any one person should. Eventually, I found myself in the same fog as so many of the women I served: exhausted, untethered, and standing in the in-between of a life that no longer fit.

So I began again.

Slowly. Softly. With words, reflection, breath, and the belief that women deserve a place to land that feels like an exhale.

Today, my work blends everything I’ve learned:

The body’s intelligence. The nervous system’s whispers. The power of breath. The inner landscape we access through honest reflection.

lighthouse is where those worlds meet.

My approach is equal parts science, soul, and story, grounded in 15 years of hands-on expertise and elevated by the creative, intuitive work that has become my calling.

I’m a lifelong creative, a deep diver, a day-dreamer, and someone who believes fiercely in soft landings.

If you’re in the messy middle, between who you were and who you’re becoming, you’re not lost.

You’re simply arriving.

I'm so glad you're here.

I've been in the despair of burnout, the anxiety spirals, the crying while walking the dog, the wondering if I'd ever get to the other side.

If that's you, you're in the right place.

Welcome.

I'm here if you want a safe space to land while you're figuring out what next step is right.
