I started sending these as a way to offer something simple and real, something tangible you can hold in your hands on an ordinary day. We spend so much time scrolling - I wanted to give people something to feel in their fingers, to mark the pages of their books, to prop on their desk, to stick on their fridge.

Each month, you’ll receive a short reflection and a gentle prompt. It’s not something to keep up with or get right; it's a small moment of connection arriving in your mailbox.

 

These postcards are a reminder that, whatever season you're in, you’re not alone.
